1) How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 12:00 GMT enter same day processing. Our team prepares orders within 1 to 3 business days from Monday to Friday. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking email and you can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.
2) What if my order does not arrive?
We will take care of it. If your parcel appears lost after the carrier window, we will investigate and either reship your items or issue a full refund. Please email support at info@houseeyy.com with your order number.
3) Do clearance sale items ship differently?
Clearance items are limited and move quickly, so orders are fulfilled on a first come first served basis. If you can add an item to your cart it is still in stock. Some orders may ship in separate parcels. Delivery timelines are the same as above.
4) What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Clearance items are eligible for returns within the same 30 day window. Email info@houseeyy.com to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
5) Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel within 8 hours of placing your order. During the clearance period our team moves fast, so changes after that window are not guaranteed. If your parcel has shipped, please use the 30 day return.
